Hi I'm Erin Binns

I do this work because I’ve seen how capable hospitality sales teams can feel stuck, juggling high expectations, constant interruptions, and the pressure to deliver results while maintaining exceptional service.

I don’t offer theory; I offer strategies and systems grounded in real-world experience that teams can apply immediately.

My Story

I am incredibly grateful that I started my hospitality career working for one of the best hotel companies in the world.  One that focused on client relationships, exceptional customer standards.  I have many client and fellow employees who I could consider close friends and long time confidents, relationships that I can call for help at any time because it's been such a reciprocal relationship.

 

With 20 years in luxury hotel sales and over a decade as an entrepreneur in real estate and business consultant, I understand the realities of hospitality what works, what doesn’t, and how to make small shifts that deliver big results.  I've worked with teams from 6 figure small businesses to the top 5 consultant firms in the world.

When I went into the entrepreneurial I saw a gap where confidence and client relationships.  Everyone was always looking for their next client and not building relationships with their existing network, it was always what was right in front of them instead of looking at the long game.

When I went into real estate, 80% of my deals were with past clients and colleagues that I had worked with in years past, relationships matter.

I believe that the best results come from simplicity: stripping away unnecessary complexity, focusing on what truly matters, and giving teams actionable strategies they can apply immediately. Every session is grounded in real-world hospitality and the entrepreneurial experience, brining ownership to what ever position you are in.  Not theory, and built to help teams work with clarity, strengthen client relationships, and perform confidently under pressure.
