Don't forget about your past clients, They are waiting to buy from you again, and again, and again….you just have to give them a reason to.
Did you know that 80% of your revenue can actually come from 20% of your clients?! I know right?! Then why do we make it so hard on ourselves?
Finding new clients can be exhausting and stressful, getting them to buy from you seems to be the main focus of entrepreneurs (understandably when it comes to making a sale!). The issue lies in maintaining the relationship, you've just built this trust with a client and then most people rarely connect with that client again.
The number one mistake I see entrepreneurs make time and time again is not staying connected to their clients. Giving clients a reason to shop elsewhere because you weren't in touch. Maintaining the relationship after the service has been rendered is just as important as winning the client in the first place. You work so hard to get the client and then you never connect with them again.
Here is something you can implement today to help create a repeat client.
1. Pull your existing client list.
2. Create and send an email reintroducing yourself or acknowledging that it's been a while. Give them an update on your business, an offer and a reason to connect with you again.
3. Watch your past clients become a repeat client.
I know it seems simple but I promise you it works! Let me know how it goes for you, I'd love to hear from you!
