My Secret to Sales

I literally grew up in the hotel world. I started my career in luxury hotels, quickly moving into sales, where I mastered the art of client relationships—the kind that keep coming back, refer you to others, and last a lifetime.

 

Managing $10M in annual sales wasn’t a small feat; we needed systems to stay on top of everything. That’s the key to staying connected to your clients.

When I transitioned into real estate, it was a whole different game. I was told that if I wanted to succeed, I had to door-knock and cold call. So, I listened to the so-called experts—and failed miserably.

Everything changed when I stopped chasing strangers and started leveraging my existing network. I went from selling just one house that year to $8M in sales—all because I focused on reconnecting with the people I already knew.
