So What Exactly does this Mean?....
When you work in a hotel for 17 years you eat, sleep, and breath client care systems. You can't run a hotel alone or without some type of system to stay in touch with clients, anticipate their needs or have them return to your hotel (as I've mention many times you don't want to give anyone a reason to go elsewhere, you want them to return to you...especially if the reason was you were never in touch again after they bought from you once).
When I came into the entrepreneur world I met so many people who were struggling with their business. Entrepreneurs are so focused on finding their next client or landing their next job that they forget about their past clients or their existing ones. Your database is a gold mine!
Did you know that it costs 5X more to sell to a new client than it does to sell to an existing client. This is not just actual money out of pocket costs, this is time trying to find a new client, energy worrying about where your next client comes from. It's exhausting.
People buy from people they KNOW, LIKE, and TRUST. Your current clients already do this so you don't have to prove yourself to them, why not sell to them again?
Why do you not stay in touch with your past or existing clients?
Here are 10 reasons why business owners don't stay in touch with past clients....
1. You feel like they are bothering them
2. It feels like a "to do" list
3. You don't see the opportunity for additional revenue
4. Asking for a referral feels "slimy" or "salesy"
5. It's been too long since you were in touch, it would feel weird or very one sided if I contacted them after all this time.
6. You are not sure what to say
7. You don't have time.
8. You don't want to bother them, THEY are too busy and don't want to hear from me.
9. The service you offer is a one time purchase, they wouldn't buy again.
10. You literally don't know how to stay in touch.
Do any of these things sound familiar, have you said any of these things to yourself before?
Treat a client like a good friend and you will have them for life.
What if it doesn't have to be so "hard"?
What would it feel like to have a business that ran like a well oiled machine?
What if you knew where your next 5 clients were already coming from?
You see all of this comes naturally to me, building relationships, staying connected, and creating raving fans. Your past and existing clients is where the majority of your revenue lies. Yes you need new clients and yes your existing clients can refer you to their network and that is where you will find your new clients. I have worked with so many business owners who work so hard at finding a new client and then they NEVER call them or reach out to them again?! You are excellent at what you do, people want to hear from you, you just have to give them a reason to refer you or to buy from you again.
You want to stay in touch but don't know how...

Additional Revenue Coming in!
Erin is super organized with great attention to detail and she listens. Really listens. If you know what you want and you are organized on your end, she can help you create a clear path to action. And she holds you accountable. Not in an annoying gym trainer tough love way but in a way that just makes you want to do it and share your success with her!
Erin has enabled me to take immediate action with immediate results in reaching back to my former clients. My mindset has shifted with respect to touch points with clients, ideas about how to nurture current and former clients are coming more naturally and it feels good to show you care about clients with little tokens of appreciation.
Working with Erin was Amazing! Really there is no better word. It feels good to be taking the ideas that I have been gathering from various business books about what I should be doing and actually just start doing them!
