Here is what you will accomplish  
week by week

Week 1

The Clean up - Client Information, gathering all of your client information and getting in stored in one place (either an excel doc or a CRM),  why is it important to have complete information, what will we do with this information?  This is the foundation of the rest of your business, where is your business coming from, when were you last in touch, how much are you charging (and when was the last time you increased your prices?  And so much more important data in order to grow your business effectively.  I'm going to teach you what to look for and how to leverage your services.  But first we need to know where it's all coming from before we know where we want to go.

Week 2

The Client Experience - We will set the stage as to how you want to operate your business, how do you want your clients to feel when they work with you.  Your on boarding and off boarding standard procedures.  We will create specific check lists for your business.  You know you want to stay in touch with your clients but you don't know how or don't want to seem annoying or like you are bugging your clients.  You are going to get a step by step process on how to create this for your business.  You will finally have a specific outline and a touch point system for your business and a clear path to implementation that you've always wanted but never knew how to create it.

Week 3

The Communication Hub - You know you want to stay in touch with your clients but you often don't know what to say or how to say it, you always feel like you are "selling".  This week we are going to get your email templates organized, your newsletters outlined.  This will be a duplicatable system that you can use year over year.  You will no longer stare are your computer wondering who you need to reach out to and what to say.  This is where we build your authority by delivering value to your clients and have you stand out form the sea of sameness. 

Week 4

The Execution - How do you make this all work and how to plan for an efficient business?  I've got you covered.  This last week we will create a budget for all of this, you will have processes that you are proud of and that get you excited to share your business.  You will learn to build trust with yourself, improve your payment collection, have referrals coming in with ease and you'll have a way to acknowledge your clients and referrals so they are your raving fans that buy from you over and over again!
